Crohn's Disease can affect any part of the GI tract, from the mouth to the anus. It can also penetrate the intestinal wall and cause abscesses, fistulas, and strictures. On the other hand, Ulcerative Colitis mainly affects the large intestine and rectum, and it causes inflammation and ulcers in the lining of the colon.
